Guter Bericht, nur Schade, dass es auch bei euch etwas wenig waren.
Was mir aufgefallen ist: "[...]also frequently vote cards were used as 1 vote during political actions[...]". Das geht doch laut Regelwerk garnicht beim Imperatordeck, wenn ich mich recht entsinne. Naja scheint auf jedenfall, dass das Imperatordeck bei euch auch eher unspektakuläre Wendungen verursacht hat.

Dass das mit den PAs reinwerfen nicht ging, wussten wir einfach nicht, da es nicht im Imperator PDF auftauchte und "nur" in der Newsgroup stand. (Zumindest soweit ich weiss).

Korrekt.

Wir hatten das in zweien der Vorrunden fälschlicherweise so gehandhabt. Vor dem Final haben wir dann die Regeln noch einmal daraufhin abgeklopft, und sind zu demselben Schluss gekommen wie Du: Das Wording der Regeln gibt das nicht her, politische Karten für Votes abzuwerfen.
Allerdings war das Kind da in den Brunnen gefallen, und wir haben aus Gründen der Konsistenz nach Diskussion entschieden, dass dann auch im Finale so zu belassen.
