Taking notes at tournaments

Die Turnierregeln lassen es zu, dass man sich während des Spiels Notizen macht.
Was ist, wenn ich eine Pulse of the Canaille auf inferior spiele. Darf ich mir die Karten der anderen Spieler aufschreiben?
Dasselbe gilt für alle anderen Karten, die mir Informationen über die Karten der anderen verschaffen (Scrying of Secrets, Revelations, Owl Companion, Anatole, ...).

theoretisch schon, aber es könnze dir als stalling ausgelegt werden, was ja nicht sinn der sache ist. du beanspruchst zuviel zeit damit.....

Hier die Regeln, auf die du dich beziehst:
1.4. Taking Notes
Players are not allowed to take written notes of their opponents' decks or activities, with the exception of the following items:
Their opponents' names (and other relevant personal information)
Their opponents' V:EKN numbers
Which player played first
Start and end time of the game
Status of the game (such as counters in pool, Master: Out-of-Turn cards played, transfers taken, diableries made, resources, and so on)
The number of turns that have elapsed

Nach meiner Interpretation: Nein. Dies wird von der oben stehenden Liste nicht abgedeckt.

Wären "cards in hand" nicht "resources" im Sinne des "status of the game"?
Ich jedenfalls würde das nicht so klar ausschliessen.
