3.7. Scarce
When a Methuselah moves a vampire marked "scarce" from her uncontrolled region to the ready region, she burns 3 pool for every other vampire in play of the same clan. These vampires are scarce - they are hard to find in the first place and usually not found together. The penalty represents the difficulty a Methuselah would face in finding a second or third vampire from the same clan.

Requires: Obtenebration
Cost: 1 blood
+1 stealth action.
[obt] Turn the acting vampire and any cards on him or her face down, out of play (breaking any temporary control effects). Put this card on him or her (in play). During your influence phase, move 2 blood to this face down vampire from the blood bank, and you can choose to burn this card to return the vampire to play, tapped.
[OBT] As above, but the vampire is untapped when he or she returns to play.

Da dort "out of play" draufsteht, geht das wohl. Aber die ganzen True Brujah mit Obt auszustatten wird nicht ganz einfach.

Wer spielt die Jungs denn? Lohnt sich die Disziplin für sie überhaupt*?

Ja, allerdings muss der abgetauchte Vampir dafür noch einen Turn länger out-of-play bleiben. Also:

Während der Minionphase taucht Nehemiah ab in die Dunkelheit.

In der Influence-Phase bekommt er zwei Blut und du sorgst dafür, dass auf Ibn Khaldun sieben Pool liegen.

Am Ende der Phase kommt Khaldun raus, guckt sich um, sieht keinen True Brujah weit und breit und freut sich.

In der nächsten Influence-Phase kriegt Nehemiah noch mal zwei Blut und kehrt zurück.

Regelbuch, Kap. 7: At the end of your influence phase, any vampire in your uncontrolled region with a number of blood counters on him equal to (or more than) his capacity becomes controlled.

Ja, wie wärs zBsp. mit dem Path of Tears?
"Master:out-of-turn.1 Pool Path. Put this card on a Salubri when you move that Salubri from your uncontrolled region to your ready regiom during your influence phase. If you burned 3 or more pool for the scarce penalty for this vampire, you gain 3 pool. Cards that require Obeah cost this Salubri 1 less blood to play. Any minion may burn this card as a (D) action"
