I think the concept is quite straight forward. Achieve vote-lock by making the smaller vamps archbishops. Against heavy vote decks, push through a "Dogs of War" with presence, then burn it if necessary to avoid a blood hunt when you reduce their votes ;)

Bleed is more of a problem, with no bounce - hence the light intercept, AI and Retribution.

I'd really like to squeeze in another 2 immortal grapples and a couple of Amaranth ... but can't decide how to make room.

I think your combat module is way too light. If you are lucky you get your Torn Signpost or Inspire Greatness/IG/Pursuit combo, if not you are the joke at the table, either not making much/enough damage or missing the Grapple to counter S:CE. Maybe two or so of Preternatural Strength? Or better push up the nummbers of the cards (and add some Disarm).

Or go down to a lower total (75 cards) and keep the combatcard numbers. Distract 1 from every 4+ cards slot (means about -11 cards), lose Retribution and Archon Investigation. Then your Minion Taps and the Gang Territory will show up more quickly and you will more likely have enough pool to go after your predator before you are ousted.

yeah, the combat did seem a little light but I wasn't sure if I could get enough vote-push if I added more... but I think the bribes and scalpel tongue probably aren't necessary. So here's v2 with an extra 10 combat cards

Instead of adding cards i would prefer reducing the deck size.
Especially Combat Decks only perform great in combos and if you get in a bad situation for your votes you have to be sure to get it through, so you will want to have a very reliable hand. So my advise would be take the deck at that status und reduce cards, but keep the relative numbers.

I agree on slimming the deck a little.

How about some Preternatural Strength? Could replace a few TS. Disarm might be an option as well. Also I don't think you really need 8 Taste and 6 Voter Caps.

I would add Dragonbound - with a squishy prey and Dogs in play that would guarantee a quick oust.

Finally I don't see the advantage of playing g4/5 - Wah Chun-Yuen could easily replace Gatjil, and you could add Marcel (9, Archbishop, +1 bleed and marginal poolgain special) and Santo Domingo (7, strong +1 bleed special). Both have POT PRE and play into a plan b bruise'n'bleed angle.

Preternatural Strength, Wah Chun-Yuen and Santo Domingo sadly all fall into "stuff I don't have" category. :(

Dragonbound is definately an option...

Miguel Santo Domingo + Marcel might be playable, but that increases my avg capacity somewhat more than I'd like.

v3... cut down to 75 cards....

Didn't you have a Preternatural Strength in your Followers of Set punch deck?

Yeah, but just the one and I'd like to keep it there :)
I hate swapping cards between decks, I forget what I've put where

I know about that problem. I put a small paper strip with the name on it in the sleeve and a stand for card if I take one out. You even can add there, where you did the card in (Pret. Strength in !Brujahdeck or sth.). Then if you take a look through your decks before you take it with you you can see if it's complete.
