note : This deck ranked #1 during the prelims of the french qualifier of sept 20th
Concept : !Ventrue + Pander swarm vote, with a hint of dominate for the quick kill. Do not fear the deflections, it will just harm your next prey
The strongest point of the deck lies in the balance of the Action Modifiers ! The deck may still be enhanced by a couple of obtenebration skill cards...
