My first try for a Obtenebration Deck.
Its Focus is about Obten, so there might be better Cards, but i want to feel the Fear of the Dark striking the Heart of my prey and predator.

Hey, funky.
Even funky decks are more satisfying, when they are capable of winning.
Your lack of bleed- and votedefence could lead to disappointing games.
If you are asking for advice ( ) I would alter the deck with some cards (not saying just add Deflections and Governs, which would make the deck much stronger, but that would be boring):
Your Nocturnes seem to be your Offense and Defense, right? What about The Unmasing, twice? With +1 intercept vs monsters it is very useful. And if you block you could do damage with Target: Vitals and hit for three with your allies. FBI Special Affaires is then great too.
At least 6 Deflection/Redirection should save you from some bad bleeds(TM).
I'd cut the Political Struggles. They are too slow (action to play, another action to enter combat) and you are not that dangerous in combat tbh. If you like to rush just use Bum's Rush or Harass. Those cards can be used by your Nocturnes too.
Ahrimane's Demesne is nice but how do you get to long range in combat? Shadow Step? But that would be too expensive and you will face S:CE too often to make that combo work.
Capitalists? Aren't your Nocturnes the bleeders? More blood dolls for them? Descent Into Darkness sounds great, but slows you further, as you need at least two rounds to justify the card (one action to play, costs one blood, takes away one card slot).
In a vote heavy environment it could be necessary to add two Delaying Tactics.
