Gestern kam die Frage auf, ob man erst Freak Drive spielen kann, dann Voter Captivation.

Antwort LSJ: ERST Voter Captivation nach dem Referendum, DANN Freak Drive am Ende der Aktion.

No. Voter Captivation's window comes before Freak Drive's.
"After" typically means "immediately after", not "at any time after".

Note that this is a REVERSAL of an earlier Voter Captivation vs. Freak Drive
ruling -- Voter Captivation has the same timing window as Freak Drive (and may
be played before or after Freak Drive).
