Unique equipment. When the vampire with this card announces an action, he or she may burn this card to prevent vampires from blocking that action. If he or she does so, this vampire cannot play cards requiring Disciplines until the action is complete

Kann ich also eine Action, die eine Disziplin braucht, ansagen, darf danach aber weder modifier noch combat cards spielen, oder darf ich schon keine discipline requiring action ansagen (also nur political, equip etc.), wenn ich gedenke die Concoction zu burnen?

Ersteres ist richtig: Du sagst zunächst die Aktion an und spielst dazu die Aktionskarte. Erst dann, nach dem Spielen der Aktionskarte, kannst Du die Concoction benutzen - und erst durch die Benutzung tritt ihr Effekt ein.

Die Flüssigkeit dieses Getränks macht den Vamp kurzweilig zum Menschen, so dass er am Tag keine Action machen kann. Als mensch hat er halt keine DCs. Die Action selbst bestimmt er bevor er einen heben geht...
